Jade Longhurst founded Connect Care Services in 2021.
Previously Jade has worked for her parents Care agency Sussex Home Care and Coastal Home Care, working across all boards of the business. This is where she gained her knowledge and passion to provide high class care
The vison was to create a homecare agency that provided care that was safe, well-lead and professional.
During Jades time working in homecare she identified the need for a wholly independent care provider where the owner is in daily control of the care provision. This is the reason Jade enrolled onto her NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social care
Office Manager
Our lovely Emily is our office administrator & front of house she keeps us all organised. Emily is the person that will probably greet you on the phone. Emily has only recently joined us but has taken to her role like a duck to water. Emily has worked in Bramhall her whole working life, so you may recognise her.
Supervisor
We are delighted for Kirsty to have joined our team as field care supervisor. Kirsty received her NVQ level 3 Social care in 2017 and has a wealth of knowledge providing care to the community.
