9th to the 15th May 2022 is Mental Health Awareness Week. The official theme is 'Loneliness'

One in four adults feel lonely some or all of the time. There's no single cause and there's no solution.

This week reach out to someone you love and let them know they're not alone, spend time doing something that's important to you and keeps you busy, engage with something new and remember you are not alone.
